On accuracy: scale comes from Google Maps imagery, which is good enough to lay out and quote from, but it is not a surveyed site plan. Where a dimension has to be right, measure one edge on site and calibrate the drawing to it; everything else rescales to match. Quote off the drawing; set out off your tape.
